Phrase menu

Phrase menus include a New phrase… command at the bottom for each phrase folder, allowing you to create new phrases in that specific folder directly.

To store a new phrase in a specific folder:

1. Highlight the text in any program, you wish to save as a phrase.
2. In the phrase menu, navigate to the desired folder (or press the hotkey if you assigned it to the folder).
3. Press the ArrowUp key to reach the bottom menu folder entry, which is the New phrase… command.
4. Confirm with ENTER and create the phrase with the wizard.

If the command New phrase… is missing, you do not have write permissions to the selected folder.
