Last used phrases

PhraseExpress can collect the last used phrases in the special system phrase folder "Last used".

The "Last used" folder can be enabled under Settings » Features » Show last used phrases and can be disabled by deleting the folder.

This feature comes in handy if you have varying but repetitive workflows and need small sub sets of the same few phrases.

Configure the folder as a desktop menu for instant access to the last used phrases.

The "Last used" folder does not contain the actual phrases but link reference to the orgininal phrases.
