Transfer a phrase file

To transfer a phrase file to a another computer:

1. Exit PhraseExpress.
2. Locate the phrase file on your computer.
3. Move/copy the phrase file to the other computer.
4. Load the phrase file in the other PhraseExpress installation.

The phrase file contains all phrases with descriptions, triggers, program and access restrictions and the tree structure.

Use the Migration Assistant to move an entire installation (all data files and settings) to another computer.
