Create phrases

You can add new phrases to PhraseExpress via the phrase menu, in the main program or with the Clipboard Manager.

You cannot create/edit phrases in following situations:

• You do not have edit permissions.
• The phrase file is write-protected.
• Another user is currently editing the same phrase (if using a SQL server).
• The administrator has disabled editing for a selection of users in the PhraseExpress SQL Client Manager.

PhraseExpress is not designed as a text archiving solution. Please always keep a copy of your original data source.
